It all began with an idea. With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including senior and executive level positions, I wondered, “How can I have the greatest impact to strategically drive institutional change and impact”? While under my leadership, organizational shifts and innovative outcomes were successful - one institution and division at a time. As an executive administrator, we consistently talk about “scale”. That was the answer!

Transformational change must be centered, and scaled, through organizational and leadership development. And that is why True North Consulting (a Division of True North Strategy Group LLC) was created. It was created for YOU, and an opportunity for me to pursue my passion of providing ethical guidance and strategic thinking to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to drive change, build resilience, and create lasting impact for its stakeholders.

With academic credentials and ICF training grounded in positive psychology and authentic leadership, I am a Certified Personal and Executive Coach in addition to being Certified in Systemic Team Development. As the Lead Consultant for True North Consulting, it is my pleasure to provide tailored services to empower leaders and teams in navigating organizational change. Through impactful coaching and strategic guidance, my goal is to equip professionals with clarity, confidence and influence needed to lead authentically and effectively. All services are facilitated with the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
